Megan R. Hodson, Esq.
Megan R. Hodson, Esq.’s primary practice area is family law, environmental law, and commercial litigation. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida Bar and the Vermont Bar Association.
Prior to working with the Law Offices of Schwartz | White, Megan practiced environmental, land use and administrative law as an associate with a South Florida law firm. She received her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she completed the Concentration of Environmental Law and was awarded the Sigma Alpha Omicron Award for her role as president of the Environmental Law Society. Megan received her B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and is a Connecticut native. Megan is now a full time resident of the State of Vermont where she practices law full time as a member of the Vermont Bar in good standing. While Megan is a full time Vermont resident and lawyer, Megan works with Schwartz|White on an of counsel basis from time to time on issues related to Florida law matters.
