Scott Hayden
Associate Attorney
Scott handles a variety of different practice areas including but not limited to family law, probate and real estate transactions in high profile cases from inception through resolution. Scott also has appellate experience including two appellate victories in the Third District Court of Appeals.
Scott is a Miami native. He enjoys swimming, golf, tennis, history, geography/maps, and attending social and networking events.
Scott graduated from Binghamton University with a double major in History and Urban Planning. Scott attended Stetson University College of Law where he graduated 11th in his class. During law school, Scott worked as a law clerk for the City of Tampa Attorney’s office and the Pinellas County Attorney’s office. Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in April 2016. He is also admitted to practice in federal court for the the Southern District of Florida
